Firearms refund and return policy

As a licensed firearms dealer, our firearms refund and return policy aims to balance industry rules with customer satisfaction. Please review the following policy before placing your order.

Firearm Purchases 

Due to federal and state regulations, all firearm sales are final once the firearm is transferred to you through a licensed FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer. After the transfer is completed and a background check is passed, we cannot accept returns or give refunds on firearms. This policy helps us follow firearm laws and maintain the integrity of our sales process. 

Before completing a firearm transfer, we strongly recommend inspecting the firearm thoroughly at your chosen FFL location. If you see any defects or issues, do not complete the transfer. Instead, ask the FFL to contact us immediately to resolve the matter.

Ammunition and Compliance

Because of safety standards and legal restrictions, ammunition cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. We encourage customers to check all ammunition specifications and local laws before making a purchase. Choosing the right caliber and understanding local ammunition regulations is essential when ordering from any online gun store.

Accessories and Non-Firearm Items

We recognize that sometimes you may need to return non-firearm items such as clothing, accessories, or firearm components (excluding serialized parts). These returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the items are unused, in their original packaging, and come with proof of purchase.

To start a refund request, email our support team at contact@rainiersarm.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we approve your return, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted. 

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after inspection. A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain returned items. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or we made an error. 

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipping. If an order includes a firearm or regulated item and processing has started, a 5% cancellation fee may apply to cover handling and payment processing costs.
